How to get going

Let a few days accumulate
A trend needs at least two scored days. Expecting a curve on day one isn't realistic, and the page says so.

Pick a brand, read the weekly
Switch between brands if you have several; each percentile is computed against that brand's own industry.

Print the monthly, or export
The monthly is for people who never open a dashboard; the export is for people who want to slice it themselves.

How it actually works

These live behind a login, so you can't verify them on the spot. That's exactly why the mechanics are spelled out here; each line maps to a specific implementation.

The export is exactly what's on your screen

Exporting doesn't re-query the database; it serializes the data already on the page. So the file always matches what you saw — never a 62 on screen and a 58 in the file.

Industry attribution has exactly one implementation

The dashboard, weekly, monthly and the backend benchmark job all share one rule. Four separate copies would mean comparing you against a distribution drawn by different criteria.

Deltas are computed, not copied from last month's screenshot

The monthly comparison reads last month's aggregate directly, so a formula change moves both months together instead of leaving one stale.

What it can't do

This section matters as much as the ones above. Leaving it out would decide "this fits me" on your behalf.

Reports don't attribute: they show the score moved, not which article moved it.
They cover only the prompts you track — nothing outside that set.
Emailing requires mail delivery to be configured; until then reports remain viewable and exportable in-app.
