Enterprise
Calibrating the ruler to your business. The enterprise tier isn't «more quota»; it's us getting your prompt library, competitors and industry definition right — because with the wrong definitions, every number afterwards is wasted.
When the enterprise tier is worth it
Your category isn't asked in generic terms
Industrial automation, energy storage, cross-border B2B — people ask AI about these very differently than about consumer goods. A generic prompt library doesn't score you low, it simply misses what matters.
You have more than one brand or product line
Self-serve quotas assume one brand. Multiple brands, multiple product lines, or several subsidiaries under one group need both quota and grouping configured together.
You have to hand results to someone else
Agencies, consultancies, or a marketing lead reporting to a board monthly — the shape of the deliverable and its audit trail should be agreed up front, not screenshotted after the fact.
You probably don't need it if —
- One brand in a conventional category — the free self-serve tier is enough to decide whether to go further.
- You want someone to write and place content for you. We don't do that, and we shouldn't.
- You need a vendor who will commit to a ranking outcome. Then we're not a fit — plainly.
What we actually do
Each item says which half is ours and which is yours. Leave that vague and delivery becomes two parties waiting on each other.
A bespoke prompt library
This is where most of the work goes. A generic library measures an average version of you; a bespoke one measures how you're actually being asked about.
We do
Research the category, write and validate the prompts, and strip any that name you (those can't measure visibility)
You do
Confirm the prompts are what your buyers actually ask — only you can judge that
Competitor list and industry definition
You name the competitors; we don't guess. The industry definition decides who you're benchmarked against — get it wrong and the percentile means nothing.
We do
Configure competitors and their aliases, and align your industry attribution with the benchmark distribution
You do
Give us the real competitor list — including the ones you'd rather not name
Quotas and grouping
Brand count, prompts per brand and checkup volume raised to fit; multiple brands grouped along your business lines rather than piled into one list.
We do
Set quotas to your scale and build the grouping
You do
Tell us how your business lines split — that determines how the reports read
A direct line to us
Not a ticket queue, not a customer success manager. Questions about methodology, numbers you can't read, or where a specific score came from — ask directly.
We do
Answer any question about methodology and data, including the unflattering ones
You do
Ask — we won't know what's unclear unless you do
How it's shaped
Shaped by how you'll use it rather than by price tier — the range of scope is wide enough that a headline number would mislead.
One brand, deep
Go deep on one brand: awareness, comparison and decision intents covered, with far more prompts than the self-serve cap.
For: a single flagship brand in a complex or highly technical category
Multi-brand portfolio
Each brand or product line gets its own prompts and rivals, with a cross-brand view of who's lagging.
For: groups, multiple product lines, or one team covering several brands
Agencies and resellers
One read-only portal link per client — no account needed on their side — plus an exportable audit trail so the engagement is documented.
For: agencies and consultancies delivering AI visibility as part of their work
How an engagement runs
- 1Establish a baseline firstBefore configuring anything, run what exists and see where you actually stand today. Without a baseline, nothing that follows can be judged.
- 2Build the prompt libraryThe most time-consuming step. We walk the finished list with you line by line — you know how your buyers ask better than we do.
- 3Fix competitors and industryDecide who you're compared against and which distribution you sit in. Once set it stays set — changing it mid-flight makes before and after incomparable.
- 4Run daily, accumulateAutomatic from here. You get your first data point the next day; a trend takes several more.
- 5Monthly review and adjustWhat happened this month, which actions moved the numbers, whether the prompt library needs additions. ★The process ends at review — there is no "place content into the AI" step, and never will be.
How you'll know whether it worked
The most important section here: without a trail you can revisit, «did it work» comes down to a feeling.
The same prompts, asked daily
A fixed ruler is what makes comparison possible. Changing prompts breaks the curve, so any change is flagged to you and dated.
Actions and scores recorded separately
What you did (which page, what you published) lives in the action plan; the score lives in monitoring. Two separate trails are what make an after-the-fact comparison possible.
Before-and-after re-checks
After a change, the affected prompts are re-measured and compared. It records what happened honestly — including no change, or a decline.
The whole trail exports
Plans, action items, re-check results and timestamps all export. Explaining the month to a client or a board doesn't have to rely on memory.
What to expect
What arrives, and when
- Day 1A baseline: whether AI knows you under this prompt set today, and which engines do.
- Week 1The bespoke library is live and running; you can see the per-engine split and the side-by-side against rivals.
- Month 1An exportable monthly review: what was done, which prompts moved, and what to tackle next.
- OngoingA curve you can look back on and a trail you can line actions up against. Where the score goes depends on what you do — and on what your competitors do.
What we won't promise
- No promised score, and no promised timeline to results. Anyone who can quote you that number is making it up.
- We place nothing into AI corpora. Others list that as the final step of their process; we list it as prohibited.
- We don't write your content, place your articles or buy you placements. Content is your job; verification is ours — combine them and the verification stops being worth anything.
- No customer case-study metrics. We have no verifiable case studies; inventing one would be easy, and it's exactly what we argue against.
Enterprise vs. self-serve
| Dimension | Self-serve | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|
| Prompt library | You configure it, starting from generic templates | We research it and confirm line by line with you |
| Quotas | Fixed per tier | Sized to your brands and prompt volume |
| Industry definition | Auto-classified | Confirmed manually and aligned to the benchmark distribution |
| Client delivery | View and export in-app | Read-only client portals plus an exportable audit trail |
| Support | A direct line to us | |
| Billing | Public pricing, self-serve upgrade | Quoted to scope — the range is wide enough that a headline number would mislead |
Self-serve pricing is public — go look at it. See plans & pricing →
