1. The service
OrcaScope (the “Service”) helps you monitor your brand’s visibility in AI answers (e.g. ChatGPT). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & registration
You create an account with a valid email and a password. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, including: bypassing quotas or abuse controls, automated scraping, uploading unlawful content, or disrupting normal operation.
4. Subscriptions & billing
The Free plan is free forever; Pro is a paid subscription. Checkout is powered by Stripe, and the billing currency follows the page language — the Chinese pages charge in CNY, the English pages in USD. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, brand and interface are owned by us. Data you input (brands, monitored prompts, etc.) remains yours; you grant us the license needed to process it to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimers
AI visibility scores and checkup results are approximate estimates that depend on third-party AI models’ live output, may change at any time, and are not a guarantee or professional advice. The Service is provided “as is”.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
